Conference Weekend:

I invited Sterling to come down to Conference with my family and I.

It was a fun filled spiritual weekend.

We went down early saturday morning for conference. He was nice enough to drive since my car is having problems that I need to fix just haven't had time. oops. stupid car problems. My mom was so cute she made Sterling and I breakfast. It was fun to watch saturday and sunday conference with my family in salt lake.

Dad, David, Richard, and Kimberly were all gone saturday morning so it was just Sterling myself and my mom.

more breakfast for us. it was delicious especially the blueberry muffins my mom made. Thanks mom!

After the morning conference: Sterling and I went to go visit my sister at work. She works at grantos and honestly works so hard. I was so proud of her and watching her take peoples orders and make the food she is the best at multi tasking. Always proud of you kimmers.  It was fun to visit with her for a bit. We also were able to go to Big Cottonwood Canyon for a drive in my sisters jeep which is the best jeep to drive up the canyon in....here are a couple photos:

Then made it back just in time to watch the afternoon session of General Conference :)

My little brother Richard and I were wearing the same color schemes of black and gray. I just had to take a picture. Love him even though he is taller then me. he is an amazing example.
Sterling went with my Dad, David, Richard to the Priesthood Session of Conference. I was glad he felt comfortable enough to go and glad my family didn't scare him away to much and they were willing to let him tag along. My dad sent me this snap chat of my older brother David with the temple, I just had to save it ;) he is adorable.
Then it was girls night out. Yeah! we got all ready. then went to desert book to put our names in a drawing. I was able to win a book: i forgot what it was called since i don't really read i will have to read this one...or give it to my mom on mothers day ha ha! I am so funny.  Then we did some shopping. Then met up with the boys for dinner. The boys wanted panda Express so we went there in sugar house...and well i was the only one that wanted noodles so Sterling went with me and i got noodles to go. ha ha glad everyone puts up with my noodles addiction.
We watched the movie Inception, it was nice to be cuddly up with Sterling while watching inception and having my sister and little brother join.  It is also a good show if you haven't seen it, put it on your list.

Sunday Morning Session:
walked Lily the family dog Richard mom dad and Sterling and I. Good laughs for sure.
morning conference:

then break in between. I was going to drive up the canyon by the Hoglo Zoo but we ended up stopping by the American Heritage Park. We walked around and explored and read about the different status and history from back then.  It is humbling to see handcarts and children praying on their knees. They are examples to us today and the pioneers inspire us to keep moving forward. Sterling and I had a good time laughing, talking, and of course we had to take some photos for instagram and my blog. It was funny i was like I am going to get up here will you take a picture he said of course. Then i get down and he wanted a photo to. I do have to say that his photo is ten times better then mine ha ha! good good times. We look just like the status right. Pretty sure you are not allowed to climb on the status oh well we did sneakly and very carefully..

then back to afternoon session: Some were a little sleepy watching this part of conference. ha ha sunday or general snooze I would say ;)

My Sister is amazing and always during her General Conference notes she was sketching and drawing in pen. She has a special talent. I love her talent and artistic ability she has. She is amazing. i want her to draw me a picture, so i can frame and hang it in my room/ house one day.

she is simply talented.

then on the road we are back to Logan. It was a fun filled weekend with my family. Thanks to my family for breakfast lunch and dinner and letting Sterling stay the night. It was fun and I love quality family time. Always an adventure at the Monsen Home. Always.
