Christmas Lights before Thanksgiving

I just couldn't wait.

I decided to put up the Christmas decorations (yes it isn't Thanksgiving yet Okay it is like 5 days)

put up some stockings.

I just love our apartment and it is my favorite apartment!

It was just smart to put the christmas lights up now because atleast for me I want to come back from Thanksgiving break with christmas stuff up ;) so that is what I did.

My favorite is the Christmas Tree and Christmas Lights ( i love the christmas season)

Thanks to Sterling for being so tall and helping me hanging the lights around my apartment.

Apartment # 328 is bascially the place to live! if you don't live there you are missing out ;) ha ha!

Sometimes I just freeeeeeeeze in Logan.

when I was going to my afternoon class. I think I just about froze.

the air/ breeze in Logan gets you.

i literally had to wear leggings under my jeans.

this guy is never cold. It is the funniest thing. I enjoy watching him be a gentlemen while he wipes off the snow on his car windows. While I am in the car with the warm heat. Thanks Sterling.

Sterling Took a snap chat of Katelyn and I....this is hilarious! i about died of laughter when I got the snap chat. I just had to screen shot it and save it. Cause I was trying to ruin katelyn's snap chat photo and she is all cute in this and then i just look terrible in the background. I kinda look like I am about to hit her on the head ha ha! oh man we are pretty funny!

here is another good laugh. My roommate Katelyn (she would probably kill me for saying this) but she didn't finish her laundry and used her cross country shirt as a pillow case) ha ha I about died of laughter when i saw that. I guess you can say that is a college (lazyness) trick that you can do. I of course wouldn't do that lol

Pancake Party

okay my roommates are awesome hands down.

We decided to have a pancake party literally the morning right before we invited people over.

Herms Inn:

My new favorite place to eat in Logan hands down is Herms Inn:

I went this week with Katelyn

then I went with Sterling.

Their food is always delicious and it is a cute little resturant. I love their glass mugs and their delicious cinniomon pancake which is probably not healthy at all but it is the best!


awesome thing is if you bring your student ID card they give you the pancake free if you buy a hot chocolate or orange juice with it........college deals are the best....can't pass those up.

they also have delicous hashbrowns which Katelyn got and so did Sterling ha ha! so Of course I had to share and have a bite of those hash browns.

I am excited for my Sister to come up to Logan in about a month...I will be taking her to this place for sure...she will love it!

Jazz Game

my friend Nicole who I serve with in the Relief Society in my ward invited me to go to the Jazz game with her. Lets just say it was quiet the adventure. She is hilarious and we had many good laughs and many deep talks. It was like we have already been best friends ha ha. We left Logan a little later then planned and was running a little late.

we had a good time talking in the car on the way to Salt Lake for the game....i felt bad because I lost my voice from being sick so my voice was basically annoying ha ha! It was fun to get to know her as a person and tell high school / college stories / good laughter.

we ate at crown burger...cause I guess if you eat here before the Jazz game you are able to park for free if you spend 14.00 dollars worth of food. It was delicious. We both ate hamburgers and had onion rings and regular fries to share....and of course the best FRY SAUCE ever. that is a must when eating fries. we basically pigged out. it was soooooooo good.

then we went to the Jazz game.

we had excellent seats. the Jazz lost which was sad but what can you do. Still cheer for them anyways and their loss ha ha.

I was able to see my little brother Richard and his friends cause they went to the game as well and we met up for a little bit after the game.

went to the Jazz clothing store and tried on different hats.......we are just so attractive right ha ha! I wanted to buy one so bad but didn't have enough cash on me. maybe it was a good thing :) they were cute though.

then got some delicious ice cream at Crown Burger before heading back to Logan.

It was an awesome adventure and went by way quick. Thanks Nicole for inviting me to go with you.

Deseret Industires not BANNED anymore

last week I kept having this missed message from the same person and didn't know who the number was from well i found out it was the Logan Deseret Industries trying to get a hold of me. The owner Jim was trying to call me.  I finally figured it out and gave him a call back. He was basically giving me a sincere apologize about the whole DI situation.  He said that the (secret shopper) is suppose to go through him on banning people who shop at the DI. He said that he has heard that I am one of the DI favorite guest shoppers.  He said that we want to provide shoppers with a positive experience and this was not a postive expereince. He said the next time i come to the DI (which literally two days after I went with my roommate Katelyn cause I am not BANNED) that I should introduce myself to Jim and say hello.  I literally was laughing so hard in my mind and thought is this actually happening....its probably because they were losing income....cause i do shop there a lot. I was actually going to take the challenge and not go to the DI in logan for a whole year.......but that only happend for about 3 weeks.......i don't have to do that challenge anymore cause I would just feel so terrible not supporting the DI  ha ha...

if you haven't shopped at the DI it is basically a must. best savings. best prices. best people watching.

Scooter Ride:

scooter rides with sterling are always a fun adventure.

Sterling was way nice and took his brothers scooter back down to Ogden because it is starting to snow in Logan. I decided to join him for company. We dropped it off and decided to go for a little scooter ride around Ogden.

Happy Birthday David.

my brother David is one of the most caring people I know. He is always willing to go out of his way to help. He works long hours and is always working hard. I look up to him in many ways. He is one of my best friends and is simply amazing.  Happy Birthday David Yeah for turning older.

best friend visit in Logan

One of my all time favorite friends is Whitney Lucas. We have been friends in Jr. High school and High school and roommates down at snow college. She is absoutley amazing and we have had a lot of good memories. I simply look up to her and when ever we hang out it feels like just yesterday we were rooming together.

She came up to Logan to visit me as well as some other friends. We were able to ride the tandem bike for a total of about 14 mintues because then the tire started to go flat again....struggle. Before we started riding it we realized the tire was flat and it needed to be pumped up.  WE both being the strong mighty women put the tandem bike in the back of my jeep. Lets say it was a rough process bu we eventually got it to work. It was fun and lots of laughter.

After I work we both slept out in the front living room of my apartment. She slept on the couch and i brought my whole mattress up and slept on the floor. We chit chatted and caught up on life...telling stories from each others adventures as well as memories we created down at snow and the good old high school life friends.  It was fun. It was also day light stavings and we loosed an hour. We both decided since we were already awake and talking we stayed up until the clock hit 2:00 then it automatically hit 1:00 so then we talked for another hour. It was a fun pillow talks which are the best ( my roommate Katelyn now we always have good pillow talks sometimes that go on long as well or simply short and simple) I love having roommates and love being able to tell them anything and they can tell me anything.

Gotta love friends.

Good Old Dee's Resturant

Met up with my little brother Richard and my other brother David at Dee's Resturarnt in Ogden. It was fun to catch up and enjoy some brunch with them. They are amazing and I love them both very much. Always an adventure with these two brothers. They mean a lot to me and I look up to them in many ways. They also never have been to the store Smith and Edwards. Sterling introduced this country to store to me, and lets just say it is one of my favorite places to go in Ogden. ha ha! I just had to take my brothers there. David ended up buying bullets for his gun so it was worth going. Love these two!

Tandem Bike Adventures

One of my roommates Amy rented this tandem bike for free at Aggie blue bikes for the weekend. She wasn't using it friday night at asked if Sterling and I wanted to use it. The funny thing is Sterling and I were just talking about going out for a bike ride............so it was an excellent idea to take the tandem bike. It was so much fun. It is a little harder at first when you are trying to balance and figure it out. Sterling couldn't sit in the back because he was to big ha ha by that I mean tall. So i sat in the back and he sat in the front. We were laughing and having a good time riding around the cute town of Logan.  We road the bike around campus and then loaded it up on the back of Sterlings car and decided to ride around my apartment in North Logan.  We unloaded it and then went for a ride. Sterling and I are sometimes a little mischevious when we get both of our brains together ha ha. We deiced to take the tandem bike up this ramp across the street in a dirt weedy field........it was a great idea at the time and when we road the bike through the field and about to go on the ramp we realized the ramp wouldn't work. so we just continued to ride the bike getting out of the dirty and weedy road and onto the main street. We kept driving and started to enter a neighborhood.....all of a sudden you heard a (air coming from the tire) Sterling looked at the back tire and said it was flat so we both hopped of the bike and then next thin we know the front tire is flat as well. Oops can you say struggle it was so funny. We were both dying of laughter and then felt way bad because Amy was planning on using it the next day! We had to get it fixed. We locked it up against a pole and walked to my apartment and grabbed Sterlings car. Loaded the bike on his car and we went to Walmart bought two bike tires and then went to the gas station to pump the tires up.....we again were laughing so hard it was fun. We returned the bike and locked it up and didn't tell Amy...I am sure she knew though from us talking about it. ooops. I think we spent more time actually fixing the bike then actually ride it....but we did get a good amount of time to ride it ha ha! oh the joys of flat tires.

Halloween.

Katelyn's Mom sent me this awesome lovely sweater in the mail. I decided it was perfect to wear the day before Halloween. Yes it is pink. Yes there are sparkles. and yes it is pink car. I love it and loved wearing it. Thanks!

If you cant tell my roommate on the left is an old grandma ( she is wearing my favorite flowered dress) ha ha! Doesn't she look like a hot grandma!! Oh my goodness I about died of laughter. She and her other student teacher Jeff are an old couple. She must go find her old man ha ha! I on the right decided to wear my halloween sweater with pumpkins and leaves and acorns for the day. It is one of my favorite vests and I bought it at the DI for 3.00 dollars yes I am the best (banned) DI shopper in town. ha ha Happy Halloween! Thanks kate for letting me borrow your necklace.
