Haunted Halloween Half

My friend Haley put this Halloween Half together.

I convinced and basically made my roommate Katelyn sign up for it with me.

It was the Salt Lake Half marathon located over by the Capitol.

Haley and her sisters made these awesome shirts for our halloween theme :) Lets just say they were awesome! She is so talented and we all looked amazing in them.

This was the beginning before the race started. The waiting around. cold. having to use the bathroom.
we ran into the headless horse man and we just had to take a picture! It actually turned out way better then i though in the background you can see that the race had already started. but we had to pose for the camera ha ha!

This was one of my favorite spots of the whole Half Marathon. Being able to reflect on the beauty around me. It was such a beautiful day the sun was shining. Looking at the beautiful and colorful leaves hearing them crunch when i run on by. It was absoutly breath taking. It made me reflect on myself and the great health I am in to be able to just run a Half Marathon. I am truly grateful for this opportunity to run this Half marathon. It is another one to add on my running list.

I am so proud of Katelyn and Haley for doing their 1st Half Marathon! They both did an amazing job and I am thrilled and proud of each of them for accomplishing this and making it to the finish. Awesome job! Lets sign up for another one?

Thanks to Haley and Katelyn for being amazing friends. I am glad we could run this Half Marathon and see each other at the finish line. Awesome Job to Katelyn for making a goal and accomplishing that goal and time for the finish! so proud!! love yeah both!
