new nephew: ITS A HUSKY

My brother David just bought a Husky and he named it Hudson.
he is a new member of the Monsen family.
I like to call him Hudson Monsen ha ha gotta
he literally is the cutest thing. especially when he runs more like gallops
he is a little fur ball.
he definatly got an adorable dog. 

i am excited for him and can't wait tell he grows up ha ha.

General Women's Meeting

Stake Family Home Evening

Had an excellent time at Sterling's Stake Family Home evening Activity.  They rented out the whole Fun park and it was all FREE which was way nice I was training at five guys and got off early and was able to make it ;) We started the night off playing lazer tag.........Sterling beat me.
then we played a round of bowling. It was Sterling, Skylar and Devin, and Me.
Sterling and I made a bet who ever lot had to buy the other one dinner right after bowling. Sterling ended up buying me Cafe rio Salad.....looks like he Lost ha ha it was a good match and we were pretty close but I came out with the win. To bad we didn't make the bet when we were playing laser tag. I would have lost. gotta love family home evening. love this man.

its a F.A.R.M kinda day

Sterling invited me to go up to his grandparents farm again in Malad to go shooting and four wheeling. Skylar and Kelsey met us up there at the farm.  Sterling and I started the fire, we are pretty good and making fires. Especially when we can use gasoline. Ha ha! Good times for sure. Skylar brought the patties for the hamburgurs.  While they were cooking Sterling and I went four wheeling to go check on the water. Oh man I love him and all the good times we have had. I know he loves anything that drives and when he has a key oh man he is one happy boy. He loves riding the four wheeler, his grandpas truck, his car, my car, etc. He is a stud.  It was funny Skylar and Kesley when Sterling asked for the fourwheel key, they said they left it back at home and totally forgot it ha ha. I could tell they were totally kidding it was funny. Jokes all around.  Then we ate our delicious hamburguers and the boys made roshotdogs or whatever they are called. We took Sterlings car and they took the four wheeler up to the 360 to go shooting. Love shooting with these brothers why because they make it a competition and everyone time I have gone with them it is always a fun time. We set up targets and Skylar and Kelsey brought a pizza box with targets to shoot on. We then had a competition and added up our points .We then each had  a jug filled up with water we put on the hill to shoot to see who would explode the bottle first.  IT was a good time, beautiful day and perfect day to go shooting/ four wheeling/ grill hamburgurs/ have a bomb fire.

Happy Patties Day

Happy St. Patricks day.
we made a delicious green dinner.

Me Katelyn, braden, Kimberly, and sterling. We had green pancakes with green eggs and green juice and green veggies. It was a quiet the delicious dinner. Then we finished an intense game of spoons. Sterling was the champion.

Sterling, Kimberly and I went to this party over at Legacy for a total of about 6 mintues. We got a picture then left. Why? Because we didn’t know anyone and everyone was staring at us. So we bailed and went back to my apartment, but don't get me wrong those Legacy people sure know how to party and have cute decoractions and a photo set up by the door. It was cute ;)
Sterling was so cute and went to grab his swimsuit and came back with three shamrock shakes and march madness brackets for me and my sister to fill out. He knows me to well. We filled out the brackettss while enjoying our delicious shamrock shake.

Finished the night hot tubbing with my handsome boyfriend. Love this man.

You can say it was a green excellent day for me.

love running.

perfect day for an afternoon run outside. I love running and it was literally the perfect weather it had just rained so everything was still fresh and smelled excellent. The sun was out to keep me somewhat warm. By the end of my run it started to rain again. I love running and the feeling I get when running. I am able to clear my mind and just focus on the beauty around me.  I love the logan mountains and running makes me feel and stay healthy and challenges me to do better the next run and a continuous process.

little act of kindness

- Sterling and I both were driving into my complex apartments and there was this little Mexican family moving things and we both thought it would be a good idea to go help. There was also a large dresser in the back of their truck and it looked like they would be needing help. I of course couldn’t’ do much but was there for support and enjoyed watching my boyfriend do a simple act of kindness and help them move this up three flights of stairs.  At the end they all shooked STerlings hands and said god bless you.  I love how helpful he is and willing to help those around him even if he doesn’t know who they are. He is one keeper. I had to take a photo of him waking up the stairs. Because it honestly touched my heart and made me love him even more. A little act of kindness goes a long way.

I am reminded everyday why I love dating Sterling. He is so kind and willing to help any one around him. He is one smart man, and honestly can help with anything. I appreciate all the little things he does even when he has to help me fix my tire on my car. Love you Sterling. 

tandum adventure with my sister

my sister and I thought it would be a good idea to go rent a tandum bike for the weekend. Nope they were all checked out so we both got two beach crusisers and rode around logan and went to great harevest and got cinninmon burst bread with one of my free coupons and then went to the thrift store shop as well as a couple other little stores. We also found this awesome alley way and decided to take some photos. Love this girl and it was a fun adventure riding bikes around logan.
