Sterling and I went to Peach Days in Brigham City.
It was our September 7th Saturday Date Night.
we drove down through the canyon. which is always beautiful. that drive never gets old.
it was a little raining outside and cold. that didn't stop us. we were still way excited to go. We walked main street of Brigham City. I have never been on that side of main street, i loved looking at the buildings, smelling the delicious food, people watching, going to the different booths selling items. It was fun. Sterling looked pretty sharp in his button up shirt. boots. and jeans. He is tall and I love standing next to him and holding hands with him while walking main street.
We came to this church that was giving out free popcorn. If you don't know this but anything "free" is the best thing possible, especially being a college student. it is by far the best news of the day. We got some popcorn and entered into a raffle drawing for a peach cobbler pie. The funny thing is Sterling wanted something peachy right when we got to peach days, but he forgot he didn't have cash on him. We both entered the raffle. He put his ticket in and said wow that isn't a lot of tickets....we went outside listen to the band eclipse play. They were pretty good. I have heard them before. It was a fun free concert to attend. We decided to go back inside to see if we won the peach cobbler pie.....we went in sat of course right next to the stage. The guy brings the pie's in and sits them down right next to Sterling on the empty chair. He told us don't you even think about talking these. Sterling said don't worry i have her to watch out for me...it was funny we laughed. They did a huge 50 second count down. Then the guy went into the audience and had this kid pull out a number. Sterlings number and mine where the same except for the last number.....3456...we both were still in the game then he says the last number 6. it was sterlings. ha ha he won the pie. It was funny he was like happy kid on christmas. It made me laugh and of course you know me and pictures I had to take a photo. Isn't he adorable.
Then we walked around the Brigham City Temple and talked and walked around it. It is simply beautiful. We saw this scary cat that wouldn't leave us alone...it wanted to be our friends. We of course didn't want to be the cats.
Then as we fill up gas at the gas station. The car dies on us. It was his brothers car because it gets cheaper amount on gas. So i go in the driver side and he gets out and pushes the car. Okay man pushing car that is attractive. Sometimes Sterling is just to good at what he does. He tells me to put my foot on the clutch which he said was the far right...i put it on the left...he says far right...ooops can you say struggle and akward. he just laughed at me. he gets pushing and we go up this little hill by the curb. i pull the e brake.
then we switched spots. he was the driver and i was the pusher. i pushed him down the little hill. and bam we got it started. It was funny a couple at the gas pump just looked at us, the guy was nice enough to yell did you guys get it. it was funny. but we got it. cause of Sterling and how strong and smart he is. success.
It was a fun night filled with adventure.
